Hello!

My name is Liz Kayzar, and I am the new principal at Lincoln Intermediate School.  I grew up in Green Bay, WI, and I attended the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.  I received my Masters in Educational Leadership from Alverno College.  I am also licensed in Curriculum and Instruction as well as a Director of Special Education and Pupil Services.

Following graduation, I accepted my first teaching position in Bowler, WI.  My career as an English teacher led me to East DePere High School, Swansea, Wales UK, Weston-Super-Mare, England UK, and Swallow School in Hartland, WI.  Four years ago, I began my administration journey in Wauwatosa as an assistant principal and for the last two years, I have been a middle school principal in Grafton.

I am thrilled to now have the opportunity to be an administrator of the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District. My focus is to build relationships with all stakeholders in order to positively impact the lives of our students. I believe in building the capacity of others. I believe in developing and implementing inclusive educational programs. I believe in creating an environment where all individuals feel connected, and everyone is treated with unconditional positive regard.

I look forward to being an active part of the West Allis-West Milwaukee community.

Sincerely,

Liz Kayzar
Principal
Lincoln Intermediate
